Excellent location on top of the hill with fine views. Free parking in underground garage next to the funicular. Excellent breakfast and 5 course dinner. Friendly and cute staff. Delicious and perfectly cooked inclusive meals. Lovely spa for relaxation after skiing. Recently renovated rooms with very nice views. Amazing overall experience

The hotel location is stunning, offering an unforgettable high mountain experience. The breakfast and dinners were outstanding, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the included ride up and down the hill and the spa was a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
The pillows provided were too thick and the sauna opening hours were inconvenient. the upgrade we paid for did not meet our expectations, as we had a room on the main road instead of in the newer building with a better view.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the coffee was quite good. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to many popular tourist destinations. Plus, the view out of the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.
The room was not up to our expectations. The bed linens had some stains on them and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the staff was not very helpful or friendly, which took away from our overall experience. We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and the poor service we received during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location on top of the hill next to the funicular was a great advantage. The views of the fine mountains from the room were amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was perfect. The staff were warm and cute with excellent service. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every day.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Located on top of a hill, the funicular ride to the hotel is thrilling. the modern room and bathroom are well-maintained and have a stunning view of the mountains. the warm and friendly staff makes the service exceptional. Breakfast offers various options and the dining areas have a picturesque view. Spa facilities are an added advantage.
The hotel lacks English-speaking staff, which can be a communication hurdle.
